Leon is a talented framer, known for his precision in every project he undertakes. Outside of work, he enjoys capturing beautiful moments through photography and spending time with his family. Whether it’s a sunset or a family shot, his eye for detail behind the lens matches his craftsmanship on the job.



Framer in Charge
Hudson is a powerhouse of energy and strength, with muscles to match his determination. When he’s not hitting the gym and sculpting those biceps, he’s engaging in hand wrestling. Balancing work and love, Hudson is a true dynamo who thrives on challenges and cherishes moments with his girlfriend.

Our Leader in Charge with exceptional framing knowledge loves to enjoy his backyard, which he made and arranged himself. One of the best benefits of this job is that you always have a lovely home 🙂 He relaxes the most with Metallica.

This hardworking and dedicated co-worker likes to spend time in nature, especially walking in forests and riding a bicycle. He enjoys time with his family and playing with his three children. After work, he relaxes with chess. Anyone up for a game? 🙂

Originally from Tibet, our amazing carpenter can create anything with his hands, except perhaps a hobby! 😁 When he’s not crafting masterpieces at work, he’s busy being a superhero dad to his two adorable kids and a loving husband to his wife. With dedication like his, who needs hobbies when you’re already a pro at work and family time?

Introducing our Egyptian-born framing magician, whose carpentry skills are as impressive as the pyramids! His big heart and infectious energy light up the job site, making him the heartthrob of our crew. After work, you can find him walking dogs and chatting with anyone he meets. His love for dogs and connecting with new people adds an extra layer of warmth to his already magnetic personality.



Framer in Charge
Seyedali, or as we like to call him “Ali”, is a framer with a real passion for what he does, always making sure each project is just right. When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending quality time with his loyal German Shepherd, who’s always by his side. A true tool enthusiast, Ali has every tool you can imagine—if it exists, he’s got it.



In Charge of Helping Framers
This young dad loves to spend time with his wife and lovely daughter. Interesting is that he recently discovered new passion he didn’t know he had – drawing and he is very talented at it.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing blueprints and drawings to determine specifications.
- Analyzing construction plans to identify potential structural problems.
- Examining building materials to identify any defects.
- Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team.
- Calculating the amount of labor, time and materials needed for each project.
- Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly.
- Ordering all construction materials needed for projects.
- Supervising the company’s field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Diploma or Collage Diploma in the field of Carpentry.
- At least 5 years experience as a framer and 2 years experience as a leader.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools, machines and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Physical strength, stamina and focus.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout and installation.
- Accurately measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining lumber, wood and other building materials.
- Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull and lift heavy objects.
- Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Diploma.
- At least 1 year experience as a framer.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools, machines and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Physical strength, stamina and focus.
